Our Story
How Altitude Real Estate Group Began!
Altitude Real Estate Group was founded in 2018 as a small, independent brokerage dedicated to delivering exceptional, client-focused service. As a newly licensed agent in 2020, Austin had completed his initial training at a large scale firm, but found himself wanting something different. He found Altitude and was intrigued by their branding appearance and mission, and decided to switch over and land here! At Altitude he was able to secure his first sale, which ended up being quite serendipitous.... The owner of Altitude was considering stepping down from that role and Austin offered to buy the firm, with his very first commission check!
After making the purchase, he implemented some serious changes in the operations of the firm and utilized his international business degree to restructure the brokerage. His modern approach to lead sourcing and client outreach proved to be a success, and after about a year in business he began looking for new brokers to join the team.
Cue Sarah. Austin and Sarah met a year prior when he was newly licensed and showing homes to his brother. Sarah happened to be friends with his brother's partner, and they asked if she would come on the showing and show Austin the ropes. She accepted! Flash forward a year later, when Sarah received a text from Austin asking if she'd be interested in checking out his firm. This was serendipitous as well, since the pandemic had put a damper on her own business and she was already considering a change. The two hit it off and the rest is history!
They really found their stride working together as a team on every transaction. With Austin's background being mainly on the listing side, and Sarah's as a buyer agent, they were able to mesh their skills together to create a truly special and balanced service. Today, Austin and Sarah are the sole agents of Altitude, with Austin acting as owner and Sarah as Broker in Charge. With all of the smart systems they have in place, they are able to focus 100% of their attention on each client to provide a full service experience from start to finish.
