Austin Lechner sold our 30-acre piece of property in Lake Lure in 30 days! It had previously been listed for more than 5 years with no movement. Austin was professional and personable. He brought his own photographer for the ad photos, and paid for it! (We'd paid for that service in the past with another realtor.) He kept us informed of any and all progress.
